Rogers RT/duroid 6202PR high frequency printed circuit board material is a low loss and low dielectric constant printed circuit board material with excellent electrical and mechanical properties. It is ideal for complex microwave structure applications requiring planar resistors with stable mechanical and electrical properties. Excellent dimension stability (0.05 to 0.07 mils/inch) is achieved with a small number of glass cloth-reinforced structures, which is very helpful for strict tolerance control of planar resistance during processing.


RT/duroid 6002PR printed circuit board materials provide 1/2 oz to 2 oz. /ft 2 of electrolytic copper, 1/2 oz., 1 oz and 2 oz. /ft 2 of calendered copper, 1 oz and 2 oz of inverted copper, and 1/2 Oz and 1 oz of electrolytic copper with resistance layer. The material standard thickness is 0.005 "(0.127mm), 0.010" (0.254mm), 0.015 "(0.381mm) and 0.020" (0.508mm). T/duroid 6002PR (non-enhanced) laminates of 0.020 "and 0.030" thickness are also available.


The unique properties of RT/duroid 6202PR printed circuit board materials are suitable for device applications including planar and non-planar structures, such as antennas, multi-layer complex circuits with internal wiring.

RT/duroid 6202PR high frequency PCB material is a ceramic filled, glass fiber reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite high frequency PCB material. This extension of our very successful RT/duroid 6002 and 6202 products provides the electrical properties necessary for high frequency applications, has the thermal properties required for reliable stripline and multilayer structure, and has the mechanical properties required to achieve high yield through complex circuit board processes. RT/duroid 6202PR can be used with standard electroplated and rolled copper foil, but is particularly compatible with resistance foil treated by subtraction. Customers have proven that when designing Rogers RT/duroid 6202PR, the resistor tolerance is close to +/-5%, covered with foil from Ohmega Technologies.
