Rogers ro3006 PCB high frequency circuit material is PTFE composite with ceramic filler. The application of this material makes the dielectric constant of ro3006 have high temperature stability. The thermal stability coefficient (z direction) of the dielectric constant can reach - 3ppm / degree Celsius when the temperature changes from - 50 degree Celsius to + 150 degree Celsius at 10 GHz. There is no step change of dielectric constant of PTFE glass at room temperature. At the same time, ro3006 also maintains high frequency stability of dielectric constant, which can be used in a wide frequency range. The Rogers ro3006 PCB also shows a very low dielectric loss of 0.0013 at 10 GHz.
