Second, with regard to voltage requirements, the development of car electronic functions requires a higher additional voltage to match the overall demand development to a certain extent. The circuit board must consider how to dissipate heat under such a large voltage. Therefore, the development of electronic circuit boards for cars in the future may start with more circuit board materials to actively respond to innovative development needs.

Third, under the technical requirements of the main forced component integration and the multi-chip plan, there are also increasingly miniaturized requirements for car electronic components. This requires that the work of the circuit board can be continuously improved to limit the technology of smaller and smaller components to the circuit board in order to meet the development needs of car electronics.
