b. Look at the ink color.

If the color of the board is not bright enough, it means that the manufacturer is cutting corners in the amount of ink used, which will inevitably affect the quality of the board.

c. Look at the pad solder joints

Modern electronic technology is becoming more and more miniaturized and refined. f. Wire defects: decrease in adhesion, reduction of wire width and thickness due to gaps, points, scratches, surface plating or coating defects, etc.;

g. Hole characteristics: aperture size, misalignment, foreign debris and defects in plating or coating;

h. Abnormal identification: including the location, identification, size, readability and accuracy of various electronic components;

a. The circuit board must meet various electrical testing requirements after SMT patch installation.

b. After the actual machine test, the board must not have abnormal heating, open circuit, and short circuit;

c. Under the reasonable environment of the machine, the copper skin of the circuit board should not be delaminated or peeled off from the base material;

d. The surface of the copper wire of the board should not be easily oxidized.

e. There is no additional electromagnetic radiation phenomenon;

f. The shape of the PCB circuit board is not deformed, and the hole position and circuit deformation of the circuit board should be within the allowable reasonable range.
