No one is allowed to bring prohibited items, dangerous items or items unrelated to production into the workshop; eating is strictly prohibited in the workshop; personal items are not allowed on the assembly line, and offenders are dealt with in accordance with the company's reward and punishment system.

When QC is inspecting PCB, there are more than 3 defects in the same position, so you need to consult with an engineer to discuss countermeasures. If 25 PCS defects occur within an hour, QC has the right to stop production and ask the engineer to make countermeasures. At the same time, engineers should also come to the furnace from time to time to understand the bad situation, so as to minimize the bad.

Operators and QCs in each position must strictly follow the operating instructions to check the instruments and meters within their scope and make check records before formal production; they must faithfully complete daily production reports including printed reports, patch reports, and inspection reports before leaving work. , Test reports, etc. are handed over to the competent office. The report will conduct weekly summary, summarize its problems, conduct weekly meetings, look for countermeasures, continue to improve, reduce problems in the production process, and finally achieve high-efficiency and high-quality production.

In principle, the work on the shift should be done on the shift and should not be left until the next day, that is: QC should check all PCBs produced on the shift; repairs should be done to repair the defective PCBs on the day; post-welders should solder the target quantity per day. In special circumstances, the reason should be explained to the supervisor.

Regardless of whether the PCB is a finished product or a semi-finished product, it must be placed in an anti-static tray. Any operation link must not force the PCB to prevent it from knocking off parts or causing the PCB to pick up the copper, which will lead to the scrap of the PCB. Do not confuse semi-finished products with finished products.

Operators and engineers must minimize material loss and control machine throwing during production. Engineers should clean the throwing box every time a PCB is produced, and classify the bulk materials in the throwing box and the bulk materials temporarily collected during the production process. Store it in bulk box for repair. The repair place must control the loss of valuable parts, and must not be scrapped due to repairs. Ensure that the loss of small materials is controlled at three thousandths, and that there is no loss of large materials and valuable materials.

Workshop employees must achieve civilized production and actively complete the production tasks assigned by their superiors; due to the need for temporary transfers, they must obey the arrangements of the person in charge of the workshop foreman and above, assist in the work and obey the management of the employing department, and report to the factory for disobedience arrangements. . Employees are responsible for maintaining environmental hygiene at work, and spitting and littering are strictly prohibited. In the production process, attention should be paid to saving materials, and materials and tools must not be thrown away at will. Components that fall on the ground must be picked up.

It is not allowed to take any items from the company out of the SMT factory (except for special circumstances requiring approval by the leader).
