1. Guidelines for personal safety precautions in SMT workshops:

1. In order to prevent electric shock accidents, please do not open the power box when the power is turned on, and install a leakage circuit breaker on the power supply circuit. When unplugging the power, please hold the plug in your hand, don't take it, or the wire.

2. In order to prevent personal injury, please do not install the machine in a cloud when the safety cover, device, etc. are removed.

3. In order to prevent personal injury, please do not get hair, clothes, etc. into the conveyor belt chain. When the machine is running, be careful not to touch the driving part with your hands, and do not put your body into the machine.

4. In order to prevent personal injury, please turn off the power supply or open the effective safety protection device during maintenance (refueling, adjustment, daily maintenance). After repairing, adjusting, and replacing parts, be sure to check whether the screws and nuts are tightened.

5. In order to prevent inflammation and cracking of the skin, if the eyes or body are stained with organic solvents or oils, please wash them immediately.

6. In order to prevent accidents caused by sudden start, please remove the pipe of the air supply source before repairing, and perform repairs after exhausting the internal air.

Two, SMT workshop equipment operation safety precaution guide:

1. In the event of an abnormality, failure or power failure, please turn off the power immediately or activate the emergency safety switch.

2. When the machine is lifted or moved, please be careful not to let the machine tip over or fall down.

3. SMT equipment should be placed horizontally during normal operation. It is absolutely forbidden to disassemble the feeder during movement, otherwise there will be a risk of damage to the head parts of the machine. In order to avoid accidents when the machine moves during work, please fix and lock the casters.

4. In order to prevent electric shock, leakage, and fire accidents, please do not apply force to the cables during machine operation.

5. In order to prevent accidents or electric shocks caused by unskilledness, please repair and adjust the machine by maintenance personnel who are familiar with the machine. In addition, when replacing parts, please use standard parts that meet the regulations. For electrical repairs and maintenance (including wiring), please have electrical professional technicians or companies to repair.

6. In order to prevent accidents caused by wrong actions, the power and air source used by the equipment should be in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual, and it is strictly forbidden to use over or under pressure.

7. In order to prevent accidents caused by damage to PCB electrical parts, when moving from a cold place to a warm place, frost is prone to occur. Please turn on the power after the water droplets are completely dry. Please stop using the machine when it is thundering, and unplug the power plug

8. In order to prevent electric shock accidents, please do not operate the machine with the ground wire removed.
