1. The basic composition of remote smart home appliance control system

In the case of meeting the performance index requirements, in order to reduce the cost as much as possible, the entire system uses common household appliances as much as possible to make the system simple, easy to operate and low-cost. The control system is divided into:

a. Remote control terminal. Including remote control of personal mobile phones and personal computers.

b. Centralized control terminal. Including home computer and RS232-CAN transfer interface.

c. Home appliance control terminal. Including ZigBee wireless control and wired control of CAN bus. The user can use the remote control terminal to send control instructions, which are sent to the home computer on the centralized control terminal through the Internet, and then the home computer sends the instructions to the home appliance terminals that need to be controlled, such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and rice cookers. At the same time, the home computer is used as the centralized control host, and it returns the running status of the home appliance to the remote control terminal in real time for the user to remotely control and inquire.

2. Design and implementation of remote intelligent home appliance control system

The system design and realization mainly include: the remote control terminal, the network programming realization of the remote control, the control software realization of the centralized control terminal and the control circuit realization of the household appliance control terminal. This article takes the rice cooker commonly used in household appliances as an example to introduce the implementation method of the system. The user's control interface displays related control information of the rice cooker, such as control functions such as turning on, turning off, keeping warm, and adjusting temperature. First, the user determines the required operation, such as turning on, according to the current working status of the rice cooker, such as turning off, which is inquired by the remote control community. At this time, the PC on the remote control terminal sends the power-on instruction of the rice cooker through the Internet router, and the control software of the centralized control terminal monitors the power-on instruction from the network, and then sends the instruction to the control circuit of the rice cooker, and finally the control circuit realizes the control operation. Similarly, operating status information such as the feedback temperature of the rice cooker can also be queried in real time through the remote control terminal.

3. PCB hardware design of remote smart home appliance control system

The hardware system of remote smart home appliance control is mainly the control circuit of home appliances. It is composed of power supply module, control module, communication module, sensor and switch circuit. Among them, the power supply module adopts MXA(S)2.5S5NI of Beijing Mingxin Company, the control module adopts At-megal6AL microcontroller, the CAN communication module adopts MCP2515 as the CAN controller, the high-speed optical couple 6N137 as the isolation circuit, and PCA82C250T as the CAN interface controller. Adopt MAX232 as the communication chip of RS232 serial port.

The home appliance control circuit design is as simple as possible, reliable, low-cost and scalable. The control circuit is composed of 3 integrated blocks in total, with simple structure, mature and reliable functions, and easy maintenance. The cost of the entire circuit is low, the retail cost of a single control circuit = the price of the integrated block + the price of resistance and capacitance, which is less than 25 yuan. 3.1 The power supply module of the home appliance control circuit

Since the household power supply is 220 V AC, the system power supply module requires the conversion of 220 V household AC power to 5 V DC power supply. This article uses AC-DC power supply module MXA (S) 2. 5S5N has low output noise, 165 ~ 265VAC wide input voltage Range, input to output voltage isolation and other characteristics, the above characteristics meet the system power supply requirements.

3.2. Control module of home appliance control circuit

Taking into account the realization of the control function and the cost of the system, the At-megal6PCB microcontroller is used as the control micro-processing center. Atmega receives the control command information from the remote control terminal, and through its digital I/O port output level changes, it controls the function switching of the PCB relay of the switch circuit, and realizes the switching control of remote startup, shutdown and temperature adjustment. Atmegal6 single-chip microcomputer can also collect the temperature data of the rice cooker in real time and determine whether the rice cooker is operating normally. If the temperature is abnormal, it will send an alarm message to the remote control terminal to ensure that the rice cooker can reach the required heating temperature smoothly and safely.

3.3. Communication module of home appliance control circuit

ZigBee module has the characteristics of low cost and low power consumption. The PCB bus is an effective serial PCB communication network that supports distributed control. It has the characteristics of multi-master access to the PCB bus based on priority, non-destructive priority-based arbitration, and flexible node configuration.
