    2: On the positioning machine, set the camera's ' mark point field of view to 10mm, working distance to 60mm, and pixels to 64 or 55.6.

    3: Match the No. 1 nozzle with the points on the PCB circuit board, neutralize the center image of the selected point between the camera and the PCB, and fill in the result in the corresponding position in the parameter.

    2: Adjust the lower room of the laying machine

    1: Set the concentricity of the suction nozzle not to exceed 0.1mm, the zero position is 6mm away from the guide rail, the zero position offset is 4mm, and the cavity height is 3mm

    2: Set the definition of the component camera to be consistent, and the offset cannot exceed 20 pixels

    3: Set the working distance of the installed camera to 10cm
