Rogers RO3003 high frequency circuit board

Ceramic-filled PTFE Composite for Rogers RO3003,It's good at high temperature,operating at 10GHz and temperature changes from -50 degree Celsius to +150 degree Celsius,DK can reach -3ppm/ degree Celsius,The RO3003 amintains a high permittivity frequency stability and can be used in a wide frequecny rang.RO3003 laminates also show a very low DF(0.0013)AT 10GHz.


RO3000 Series laminates are circuit materials with consistent mechanical properties, regardless of the dielectric constant (Dk) selected. This allows the designer to develop multi-layer board designs that use different dielectric constant materials for individual layers, without encountering war-page or reliability problems. Additionally, the RO3000 series’ dielectric constant is stable over a wide temperature range.

X&Y direction thermal expansion is 17ppm/ degree Celsius,same as copper.It's good for stability. Z direction thermal expansion is 25ppm/ degree Celsius & good for PTH stability.
