    ROGERS is a world leader in the field of materials technology. Its products cover high-frequency and high-reliability applications with the most demanding technical requirements. They are widely used in microwave communications, 5G, and military radars. There are a variety of different performance plates to choose from to meet different options for different applications.


    Excellent high frequency performance

    Rogers sheet RO4000 PCB materials series and Kappa 438 have industry-leading high-frequency performance, with the characteristics required for microwave radio frequency circuit, matching network and specific impedance transmission line design.

    Among them, Kappa 438 thermoset laminate is a better performance and higher reliability alternative to FR-4, with low processing cost and low loss. Can use lead-free soldering process, compatible with FR-4 processing technology. Very suitable for applications such as small base stations, antenna systems, and the Internet of Things.


    High reliability

    Rogers sheet RT/duroid5000 and RT/duroid6000 are the most stable materials in the industry, with low dielectric loss and low water absorption. Among them, RT/duroid 5880 has a water absorption rate of only 0.02%. In addition, the dielectric constant changes stably with frequency, and has a low exhaust rate in aerospace applications. It is widely used in high reliability, aerospace and defense applications, or applications in harsh environments.


    High heat dissipation capacity

    The low-cost 92ML series PCB materials laminate in Rogers board has a Z heat conduction rate (2.0 W/mK) 10 times that of FR-4, which can provide high heat conduction for multi-layer printed circuit board (PWB) applications that require the entire board to dissipate heat characteristic.

    In addition, RO4000 series PCB materials products provide a dielectric constant of 2.55~6.15 and a low Z-axis thermal expansion coefficient, and have better heat treatment capabilities than traditional PTFE materials. Among them, RO4835® laminates have added antioxidants, which have 10 times higher oxidation resistance than traditional PTFE materials, and are suitable for applications that require higher stability at high temperatures and more oxidation resistance than standard radio frequency thermosetting materials.


    Low processing cost

    The RO4000 series PCB materials of Rogers sheet has high machinability and low processing cost, and is a cost-effective solution for high reliability applications. Compatible with FR-4 processing technology (including PCB multilayer board structure) and lead-free soldering process.

    The TMM series PCB materials can use standard PCB substrate processing procedures and has obvious processing advantages; it is resistant to chemical reagents and has no damage in the production and placement process. It is an ideal choice for high-reliability ribbon wire and microstrip line applications.


    Highly mechanical

    The TMM series PCB materials of Rogers Sheets are thermoset microwave laminates with excellent mechanical properties and resistance to creep flow and cold flow.

    RO3000 laminates have stable and consistent mechanical properties under different dielectric constants. In the design of multilayer boards, materials with different dielectric constants can be used on different layers without bending and reliability problems. Among them, RO3003 also has the lowest loss of 0.0013 (@10GHz) among commercial grade materials, which is very suitable for mass production.


    RO4003C Rogers PCB

    Ro4003c Rogers PCB is a patented hydrocarbon resin system / ceramic filler reinforced by woven glass cloth. Its electrical properties are very close to PTFE / glass cloth material, and its machinability is similar to that of epoxy resin / glass cloth material. This material can provide different structures. Ro4003c Rogers PCB has two different types of glass cloth 1080 and 1674, but all structures meet the same electrical performance specifications of laminates.

    Ro4003c Rogers PCB can adopt standard epoxy resin / glass cloth processing technology, while providing strictly controlled dielectric constant and loss, while its price is a fraction of that of traditional microwave materials. It is not even necessary to carry out the process of through-hole treatment of PTFE based on special materials.

    Ro4003c Rogers PCB material is not brominated, so it has not passed UL 94V-0 certification. If any application or design has UL 94V-0 fire rating requirements, ro4835 ™  And ro4350b Gamma The laminate can meet the requirements.
