Teflon is generally called "non-stick coating" or "easy to clean wok material"; it is a synthetic polymer material that uses fluorine to replace all hydrogen atoms in polyethylene. This material is resistant to acids, alkalis, and various organic solvents, and is almost insoluble in all solvents. Teflon applications

1. Teflon is used in the electrical industry. It is used as an insulating layer for power and signal lines in aerospace, aviation, electronics, instrumentation, and computer industries. It is used in ultra-pure chemical analysis and storage of various acids, alkalis, and organic solvents in atomic energy, medicine, semiconductor and other industries. It can be made into high insulation electrical parts., High-frequency wire and cable sheathing, corrosion-resistant chemical utensils, cold-resistant oil pipeline, artificial organs, etc. can be used as additives for plastics, rubber, coatings, inks, lubricants, greases, etc.

3. Teflon is resistant to high temperature and corrosion, has excellent electrical insulation, aging resistance, low water absorption, and excellent self-lubricating performance. It is a general-purpose lubricating powder suitable for various media. It can be quickly applied to form a dry film. Used as a substitute for graphite, molybdenum and other inorganic lubricants. Suitable for thermoplastic and thermosetting polymer release agent, excellent load-bearing capacity. It is widely used in elastomer and rubber industry and anti-corrosion.

4. Teflon is used as a filler for epoxy resin to improve the wear resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance of epoxy adhesives.

5. Teflon is mainly used as a binder and filler for pressed powders.
