Step by step teaches you how to pick up the PCB circuit board

The first step is to get the PCB board. First of all, the models, parameters and positions of all the devices in the paper are recorded, especially the diode direction, the tri-machine tube direction and the IC gap. It is best to use a digital camera to photograph the positions of the two elements.

The second step is to remove all equipment and remove the tin from the pad hole. Clean the PCB with alcohol, put it in the scanner, start POHTOSHOP, scan the screen, and print it out for later use.

The third step is to lightly polish the top and bottom layers with gauze until the copper film shines. Put them in the scanner, start PHOTOSHOP, scan two layers in color mode. Please note that the PCB should be placed horizontally in the scanner, otherwise the scanned image will not be available.

The fourth step is to adjust the contrast and brightness of the canvas so that parts with and without copper film can be compared forcefully. Then change the subgraph to black and white to check that the lines are clear. If not, please repeat this step. If cleared, the image is saved as TOP in black and white BMP format. BMP and BOT. BMP.

The fifth step is to convert two BMP format files into PROTEL format files, and convert them into two layers in PROTEL. For example, the fact that the two layers of PAD and VIA are almost the same indicates that the first step is well done. If there is any deviation, repeat step 3.

The sixth step, the top. Convert BMP to TOP. PCB, pay attention to switch to the SILK layer, that is, the yellow layer, and then draw a line in the TOP layer, and place the device according to the second step of drawing. Remove the silk layer after drawing.

The seventh step, BOT. BMP to BOT. PCB, pay attention to the silk layer, yellow layer, and then draw lines on the BOT layer. Remove the silk layer after drawing.

The eighth step of PROTEL will be the pinnacle. PCB and BOT. PCB calls can be combined into one graphic.

Step 9: Use a laser printer to print the top and bottom layers on the transparent film (1:1 ratio). Put the film on the PCB and compare for errors. If you are right, you will succeed.
