First, let me introduce the equipment used for plate making. The resin plate making machine is composed of four systems: exposure, vacuuming, plate washing and constant temperature drying. The purpose of vacuuming the plate making machine is to make the film and the plate closely fit, so that the resin plate after exposure will not be distorted. Two-way plane rotation. 1. Film production

Film production uses a camera to take pictures, or uses a computer to typeset, and uses laser phototypesetting. Usually, a negative picture is used, that is, a positive negative picture (negative film) is seen when the drug film is facing upwards. The density of the light-transmitting part of the film should be less than 0.05, and the density of the light-shielding part should be greater than 3. If it is lower than this standard, it will cause the exposure ultraviolet rays to penetrate the film, causing the pictures and texts to be incompletely washed. Do not crease the film. Color network cable jobs usually use electrical extensions, or laser phototypesetting machines to send out the film.

2. Plate making process

(1) Exposure

First cut the plate according to the size of the film. The plate should be 2-3mm larger than the film. The vacuum film must be cleaned. If there is dust and stains, use absolute ethanol to remove it. Remove the protective film on the plate so that the medicated surface of the film and the medicated surface of the plate are in contact with each other. Turn on the vacuum suction to clean the air between the film and the plate. Set the required exposure time. (This time is determined by the intensity of the lamp tube of the plate making machine and the size of the plate-making font. If a plate has both large and small fonts, the exposure time should be determined separately: the exposure time of large letters is short, and the exposure time of small letters and thin lines is long. The large characters are covered with a mask, and the vacuum pump cannot be turned off when covered to prevent the plate from drying out.

(2) Rinse

Put the dried plate material on the automatic washing plate with double-sided tape, and carry out two-way automatic washing, and wash the plate to the base layer of the plate (clean water must be injected into the washing tank before washing, and the washing temperature must be set).

(3) drying

Use a sponge to absorb the floating water on the surface of the washed plate, and place it in a drying box for drying. The temperature is generally set at 60-70°C. The time is 10-20 minutes.

(4) after exposure

The dried plate should be exposed again, so that the part that is not sufficiently sensitive and not fully cured can be completely cured in this process, so that the plate can reach the required hardness standard.
