System Features

1. Original automatic correction device

When you need to calibrate, use the execute button on the software. The pneumatic arm on the device will automatically extend to the measurement area, the standard module at the top of the pneumatic arm will rotate, the sensor will start measuring this module, and the software will automatically set the compensation value according to the standard value to achieve the purpose of calibration. This eliminates human error caused by manual calibration and ensures the accuracy of system measurement.

2. Powerful software

The software provides 9-point measurement values or 6-point measurement values (optional) commonly used in the PCB factory, online measurement scan curve graphs, maximum and minimum bar graphs, cross-sectional thickness distribution graphs, and measurement value statistics for research and development. Calculation table etc. Quality control personnel can also analyze product quality trends based on the above information, find out the reasons and make improvements, so as to further improve product quality.
