1. Does the PCB copy board need to remove the components on the circuit board?

If you provide a double panel, you don't need to disassemble the components. But it is better to remove the components, because the components will block the circuit, and the BOM measurement value in the later period will not be accurate. If the components are removed to copy the board, the success rate of PCB copying can be improved.

2. How to ensure that the copied board files are 100% correct?

3. Can you provide a schematic diagram and it is 100% consistent with the original board?

The schematic diagram is drawn based on the PCB copy board file, not measured and drawn with a multimeter. After the drawing is completed, it will be compared with the original PCB file, so the connection relationship can be guaranteed to be 100% consistent, and some data (MARK) is not good We did not give the correct pin definitions for the electronic components such as chips and triodes. Instead, they were defined by numbers in the PCB such as: 1, 2, 3 pins, so the corresponding pins in the PCB The connection relationship is absolutely correct.

4. When copying the PCB, can the component list and component bitmap be provided together?

5. What kind of file format is provided after PCB copying?

The PCB file is the production file of the circuit board. Generally, we can provide the PCB file format of PROTEL99 after copying the PCB. Altium Designer Winter version (upgraded version of protel99 se) can also be opened. If customers need files in pads2007 format, they can be converted into files in this format, but the correctness of the conversion is not guaranteed.

6. Is there any way to prevent copying the board?

With the improvement of current technology, any electronic product can copy the board, and the only problem that is more difficult to solve is the chip decryption (chip program cracking). We recommend choosing the latest chips and dedicated encryption chips as much as possible.

7. Can the copy board achieve 1:1 accuracy?

The accuracy of copy board depends on two links, one is the accuracy of the software and the other is the accuracy of the original image.

The meaning of DPI is how many dots per inch. That is to say, the distance between every two points on the scanned image is 1000/DPI, the unit is mil.

If the DPI is 800, then the distance between two points on the image is 1000/800 = 1.25 mil, which means that the accuracy at this time is 1.25 mil. This is the most scientific basis, so some people say that the accuracy can be less than 1mil, and that is a prerequisite. In fact, the accuracy of the copy board mainly depends on the original scanning accuracy. The higher the DPI, the clearer the picture and the higher the accuracy, but the disadvantage is that the picture is too large and requires higher hardware, so it should be set according to the specific situation. For boards with general accuracy, 800DPI is generally good, and for mobile phone boards, it can be set above 1000DPI.

In addition, the PCB files of our copy board have been optimized. Because no matter how high the resolution is, there will be deviations. For the production process requirements, all files will be modified (except for customer requirements).

8. Will your data be sold to other customers?

First of all, I can tell you with certainty that your information is confidential and will not be leaked. Due to the large number of customers, customer data cannot be stored permanently. Generally, it is guaranteed that your data will be kept for 3 months after the handover, and the data will be deleted after 3 months and will not be kept for a long time. If you can't find the information in the future, we can only do it again for a fee.

The data of long-term customers who need to be processed on behalf of the customer will be kept and backed up for a long time, but it is only kept in the scope of cooperation. If the cooperation period expires or the customer does not do it, it will not be stored.
