The Application of Rigid-Flex Circuit Board


1. Industrial use

Industrial applications include Rigid-Flex circuit boards used in industry, military, and medical applications. Most industrial components require characteristics such as precision, safety, and non vulnerability to damage. Therefore, the characteristics required for soft and hard boards are: high reliability, high precision, low impedance loss, complete signal transmission quality, and durability. But due to the high complexity of the manufacturing process, the output is small and the unit price is quite high.


2. Mobile phone

The application of the Rigid-Flex circuit board in mobile phones commonly includes the Hinge, Camera Module, Keypad, and RF Module of foldable phones.
