The aging test is divided into temperature aging, sunlight aging, load aging, etc.

High temperature aging is usually carried out in several grades. The industrial temperature is usually 70 ℃, 4 hours and 15 ℃. There are usually 40 degrees, 55 degrees, 70 degrees and 85 degrees. The time is usually 4 hours.

According to the quantity of aging test products, the test is divided into two methods

1. PCBA aging box; Mainly used for plastic products. Products with small quantity and volume are more practical

2. Aging cabinet or aging room; It is mainly used for high-performance electronic products (such as computer complete machine, display, terminal, automotive electronic products, power supply, main board, display, switch charger, etc.). High temperature and harsh environment testing equipment is an important experimental equipment to improve the stability and reliability of products, as well as an important production process for various manufacturers to improve product quality and competitiveness. The equipment is widely used in power electronics, computers, communications, biopharmaceuticals and other fields.
