Multilayer circuit boards using metallized holes can be divided into the following types.
a. Internally connected

Another common occasion for this type of printed board is as a master for connecting other assemblies. 3. Each inner layer is a printed board composed of a single foil. Each inner side is connected to the surface, which can be either a ground surface or a power surface. The power plane or ground plane of a multilayer circuit board is particularly useful for installing integrated circuits. These planes can provide power connections. b. Externally connected
In addition to the basic use of multi-layer circuit boards as interconnecting electronic components, the structure of multi-layer circuit boards has other interesting and useful features for designers to use. Because the surface area of the surface structure is quite large, and the distance between each surface in the multilayer stack can be very close, there is a considerable capacitance between the surfaces of each surface, use this capacitor or multi-layer circuit The distributed inductance in the board is used together to obtain a fixed impedance. The multi-layer technology of printed boards is used to produce an increasing number of general-purpose components, even bus bars that are fairly simple in design. The bus bar in this large power distribution utilizes many characteristics of the multilayer structure.
Sometimes another method is used to connect the layers of a multilayer circuit board. Metallized holes are not used, and there are no connection points between the wires in the laminate. Instead, lead the termination points of all wires to the outside of the printed board, and use appropriate methods (such as wire winding method) on the outside Connect the points.
