How to calculate the area of a PCB board

We use 1 square meter = 1000000MM, and now the number of panels is 114mm*105.2mm*12PCS to calculate how many PCS will be produced per square meter. The calculation is divided into two cases: with edge and without half edge.

In the absence of board edges, the total amount of one square meter = 1000000÷(114*105.2);
In the case of board edges, the total amount of one square meter [1000000÷(114*105.2*12+ board edge area)]*12.
One square/single size = quantity For example, a single size of 10*10cm, one square = 10000cm2 and then divide by 100cm2=100pcs.
Use 1000mm*1000mm plate to calculate;
1000/114=8.77, rounded to 8; the remaining 0.77 cannot produce an imposition;
1000/105.2=9.505, rounded to 9; the rest is also scrap;
Then the number of impositions that can be produced: 8*9=72 impositions;
Can produce finished products: 72*12pcs=864 pcs.
