      1. The temperature and humidity of the production workshop. According to the industry standard of the electronic processing workshop, it stipulates that the ambient temperature value of the SMT processing plant is between 25±3℃, and the humidity value is between 0.01%RH. Because there are many precision components in the whole processing process, they are extremely sensitive to temperature and humidity. At the same time, relative humidity is very beneficial to the management and handling of static electricity.

      2. Professional operators. Because the process flow of this link of SMT must be meticulous, all the processes seem very simple. However, if the operator is not very skilled, it is easy to happen because of inadequate detail control, the reliability of SMT solder joints is not high, and the defect rate of solder joints is high. Therefore, SMT placement machines need to undergo professional training before they can be officially employed. Trained employees can not only improve production efficiency, but also increase the yield rate.

      3. The volume ratio of the most commonly used tin powder particles to flux in the solder paste for SMT patch processing is about 1:1. Before the SMT chip processing starts, the solder paste must be reheated (the characteristics and requirements of the solder paste make it necessary to store at a low temperature) and fully stirred. The most important thing is that the temperature recovery cannot be performed by super-normal heating.

      4. After PCBA processing is completed, if the customer does not pick up the goods in time or needs to be stored temporarily, first pay attention to the storage method. After that, we must consider the customer's shipping channels to choose the appropriate packaging method and degree. And pay attention to the dryness and wetness of the environment, so as to avoid dampness, oxidation and other defects in the product that is not equipped with a casing and is not coated with a three-proof paint during this process.
