1. To understand the common signs of placement machines

We all know that many machines and equipment have specific signs that we need to learn before they are used, and placement machines are no exception. So, we need to fully understand the meaning and function of these signs at this time, so as to play a warning role. 2. Turn on the power

1. Turn on the air conditioner switch and set the temperature to 20℃-25℃;

2. Turn on the main power of the machine and place the switch at "ON";

Three, check the environment around the machine

1. Check whether there are obstructions around the D axis and remove them in time;

2. When loading the material, pay attention to whether the feeder cover is fastened or not to prevent the feeder cover from lifting

Four, boot

1. Turn on the power of the placement machine and place the switch at "ON";

Five, set the working status of the machine

1. Data compilation program

2. Touch PROGRAM, the corresponding F4 button, the screen will display PROGRAM in the menu CHANGE, QTYSET, QTYCLR, SKIP, DEVICE, RETURN;

3. Press the CHANGE corresponding to the F1 key, the screen will display the stored program in the machine, and use the number keys to select the production program;

4. Select the production mode. After selecting the production program, press RETURN and the corresponding F6 key until the main menu of the screen is reached. At this time, press the F1 key corresponding to AUTO, and the AUTO submenu SO will be displayed on the screen. NO RETURN START. PB Press the F5 key corresponding to MODE until the PROD corresponding to "MODE;" at the bottom left of the screen;

Six, check whether the NOZZLE (nozzle) is bad

Every time the nozzle is cleaned, it is necessary to check whether the CENTER and BRIGHT of the nozzle are OK. In the main menu, press the F5 key corresponding to SET, and the SET submenus STATUS, MANUAL, PROGRAM, PROPER, SERVO, PSTION, RETURV will appear. Press the F3 key corresponding to PROPER, and CAMERA, SCALE, CENTER, BRIGHT, RETURN will appear. Press the F4 key corresponding to CENTER, the machine prompts PUSH, START and press the START key, the machine can test the NOZZLE center, and similarly can test the BRIGHT of NOZZLE.

Seven, SMT production process

1. Reduce the feeder (feeder) from ensuring the throwing rate of the machine to a minimum, set SET/STATUS/RECOVERY to E.STOP, produce in this state, observe the operation of the feeder, and replace and repair as needed in time Feeder. After finding that the feeder is running normally, set RECOVERY to AUTO.

2. Silk screen solder paste;

1) Adjust the screen printing mold to ensure that the printed solder paste has no defects;

2) Check whether the PCB circuit board is defective, for deformed circuit boards without MARK points or irregular MARK points, solder paste cannot be printed (return to the warehouse);

3) Check the solder paste for continuous soldering, poor printing, or other bad conditions. Clean the PCB board, clean with alcohol and blow dry with an air gun, then bake and reprint the paste.

3. Loading

1) When loading, return the TABLE used on the D board to both sides

2) Carefully remove the feeder to be loaded from the D axis and load the material as required

3) After loading the good material, lay the feeder flat and tightly on the D axis, and should not be tilted

4) A material should be exposed on the feeder each time the material is loaded, which is convenient for the suction nozzle to suck, and check the D-DATA, and there should be no feeding error

5) Check whether the feeder is loose or abnormal. If it is defective, repair and maintain the feeder immediately

6) If there is a TAPY Feeder alarm, you must carefully check whether the feeder cover is lifted

Place the PCB board on the machine transportation track in the required direction. The PCB board on the machine track is required to be no more than 5 (including one of X Y TABLE)

5. Board out

Take out the already pasted PCB board from the mounter rail in time, and be sensed by the sensor

6, repair the board

QC staff should correct all defects (such as shifting,

Desoldering, component errors, etc.), put the corrected PCB board into the plug-in box.

7. Note: If the following abnormal conditions exist, they should be reported to the technicians immediately for correction.

1. The whole or part of the component is displaced

2. Missing and skewed components on the placement machine

3. Check whether the direction of the directional SMD components is correct, such as triode, integrated circuit, BGA, variable container and executives, etc.

8. Shut down

1. Press the ENGERNCY button, and then press the shutdown button on the operation panel

2. Press the POWER OFF key on the machine screen, and then turn the machine's main power switch to OFF

3. Turn off the air conditioner switch

4. Set the main power switch to "OFF"

Nine, records

1. When feeding, the feeding time, feeding station, material name and feeding person (signature) should be recorded

2. Count the number of PCBs posted on the day, make a record and report the lengthening of the patch

3. The abnormal condition of the machine (optical fiber broken, nozzle deformation, etc.), and the maintenance of the machine should be recorded in the "Daily Record of Mounter".

10. Clean the machine

1. Remove the discarded materials in the waste box and on the D-axis panel every day, pay attention to their types and numbers, in order to adjust the feeder and

2. Clean the paper in the waste bin and clean the filter every day

11. Selection

Select the parts thrown by the machine on the day, classify the statistics of the material and indicate the material name, model (0603, 0805 or 1206, IC, BGA) and other material quantities

12. Remarks

1. During the working process of the machine, if an abnormal situation is found, use the ENGENCY key to shut down as little as possible and use the pause key. If the rest time is less than 1.5 hours, do not shut down.

2. Pay attention to the operation of the machine at any time, and solve problems in time

13. Actively troubleshoot faults

SMT placement machine will inevitably cause certain consumption and damage to the machine after a long time of use. Therefore, troubleshooting is also an important task.
