    1. Temperature and humidity: In the SMT production workshop, there are a lot of instruments and equipment. SMT machines are precision equipment, and the difference in temperature and humidity is more sensitive. Therefore, according to the regulations of the electrical processing workshop, the temperature of the SMT chip processing plant should be controlled within 25±3°C, and the humidity between the SMT chip placement locomotives should be controlled within 0.01%RH.

    Second, professional operators: the locomotive patch work should be a very detailed process. If you are not a qualified operator, because the details of the control are not in place, it is easy to throw out parts, omit parts, etc. Therefore, operators need to receive professional training, and then formally go to work. Trained personnel can not only increase productivity, but also increase output.

    Third, use solder paste correctly: The volume ratio of the most commonly used solder powder particles in the solder paste used for chip processing is about 1:1. From the beginning of SMT placement machine processing, the solder paste should be gently and thoroughly stirred. The most important thing is that the temperature cannot be restored by supernormal temperature.

    Fourth, the storage method of the PCB board: After the PCB processing is completed, if the customer does not pick up the goods in time or needs to store it temporarily, first pay attention to the storage method of the SMT PCB board. After considering the transportation channels of GG customers, please select the appropriate packaging and grade. And pay attention to the dryness and humidity of the environment, so as not to add the peel during the bad process of moisture, oxidation, etc., and do not apply the three kinds of anti-paint products.

Manual and automatic SMT patch assembly steps

During the through-hole assembly process, the parts are placed on the PCB and wave soldering is used to solder the wires of the through-hole components.

    In the SMT assembly process, solder paste is applied to the PCB through a soldering fixture, and then the parts are placed in the pads and processed in a reflow oven to melt the solder paste. In addition, in the hybrid technology, the PCB needs to be soldered and reflowed. After the circuit board is soldered, our team cleans it. We use the latest technology to clean the assembled circuit boards to remove all flux debris. In addition, different techniques are used to remove the flowing debris, which is usually a combination of detergent, stirring and heating.

    The circuit board is then sent for detailed inspection to verify the precise placement of the components. Use the most advanced inspection tools to verify the quality of the assembled boards. Some of the techniques used include sample inspection, automated optical inspection (AOI), X-ray inspection, etc. After a detailed quality test, the printing plate will be delivered to the final customer.
