1. How to use the furnace temperature tester

1. Connect the thermometer to the external PCB according to the plug number, and prepare gloves and the thermal insulation box of the tester.

2. Connect the thermometer to the computer through the data cable, and lightly press the "MODE" button on the thermometer to make the "Status" red light flash slowly.

3. Use the left button of the mouse to click "Connection Change" and "Connection Application" in the tester's supporting application window to clear the temperature data stored in the tester, and confirm the thermometer displayed in the "Computer" window Electricity is greater than 60%.

4. Disconnect the thermometer from the computer, put the thermometer into the heat insulation box before the reflow oven, press the "MODE" button lightly, and quickly close the heat insulation box when the "Status" red light flashes quickly Cover, and put the external PCB and heat insulation cover on the steel mesh of the reflow oven, keeping the PCB and the heat insulation box at least ten centimeters away.

5. After waiting for the PCB and heat insulation box to come out at the end of the reflow oven, quickly open the cover of the heat insulation box and press the "MODE" button to make the red light of "Status" flash slowly. At this time, the furnace temperature meter has stopped reading. Get the data, and the furnace temperature data has been stored in its memory.

6. Download the temperature data in the thermometer to the computer, analyze the rationality of the temperature curve, print if possible, and adjust the furnace temperature in time if it is not.

2. Precautions for the use of the furnace temperature tester

1. First, check whether the battery power is sufficient, if it is less than 20%, you must charge it first, and secondly, if the surface temperature of the instrument is higher than 45 degree Celsius, please don't charge it. Try to charge at room temperature.

2. Thermocouple probes are generally small and must be fixed at the test position with designated high-temperature solder or adhesive, otherwise they will loosen due to heat and deviate from the predetermined test point, causing test errors.

3. The heat insulation box can withstand temperature at 280 degree Celsius for 9 minutes at most. Please be sure to exceed this range to ensure that the internal temperature of the instrument does not exceed 85 degree Celsius.

4. If you do not use it for a long time, please observe whether the data indicator flashes every 5 seconds or so. If there is flashing, please press and hold the "Start" end button for 5 seconds at the same time until the indicator flashes suddenly, and then observe until no light flashes. .

5. Be sure to cover the heat insulation box when passing the furnace, it is better to hear a "click" sound.

6. Only one recorder of the furnace temperature tester can be connected to the computer at a time. It is not possible to connect multiple recorders to different USB ports on the computer at the same time and select one of them.

7. After the furnace is completed once, go through the furnace again, and then use it after the heat insulation box cools down.
