7. The press-fitting machine has the function of press-fitting force and displacement control. The pressure-displacement curve collection and analysis adopts professional equipment to automatically judge whether it is qualified or not. The software and equipment are provided by the manufacturer.

8. Pressure management system function: several (0-9 adjustable) key positions can be set to judge the pressure-displacement curve during the process of pressing the pressure head down from the work advance point to the judgment point. If it exceeds the set area range, alarm and maintain state.

9. Man-machine interface can set parameters: fast forward speed, work feed speed, return speed, work feed point, judgment point, pressure upper and lower limits, displacement upper and lower limits, pressure-curve judgment area, return pressure value, pressure holding Time, assembly quantity, unqualified quantity, etc.

10. Each indenter can set multiple sets of press-fitting parameters, which can be automatically switched through the tray information and selected and set through the man-machine interface.

11. The operation panel is equipped with a reset button. After the device alarms, the system will relieve the pressure. Press the reset button to release the alarm and start working from the cycle program where the alarm is located.
